What does Pending mean?

All presets, comments, and clips are reviewed by our moderation team before they become visible to other users. This helps us ensure high-quality content and keep the community safe.

When you upload a preset, post a comment, or add a clip, it will show a "Pending" status until it has been reviewed. You can still see your own pending content, but it won't be visible to others until it's approved.

Most content is reviewed within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience!

Why can't others see the preset I uploaded?

If others can't see your preset, it's likely for one of these reasons:

It's still pending review: New uploads are reviewed by our moderation team before becoming public. Look for the "Pending" badge on your preset in your My Presets page.
It was rejected: If your preset didn't meet our community guidelines, it may have been rejected. Rejected presets will show a "Rejected" badge. Common reasons include inappropriate content, copyright issues, or low-quality submissions.
